About Joe
Creating and managing businesses is Joe Ballarino's passion that is only rivaled by his love for Scuba Diving. Besides being a Co-Founder of Scuba Outfitters, Joe serves as President & Founder of Amerivest Realty, a national real estate franchise company with it's flagship office in Naples, Florida. A true dedicated real estate broker, Joe served the Naples Area Board of Realtors as its President in 2004 and was chosen as the 2005 Realtor of the Year.
His love for real estate and technology led him to being asked to serve as Chairman of the Board at Real Estate Industry Solutions, LLC, a Florida Realtors subsidiary that delivers technology services and support to more than 100,000 Florida Realtors.

Sallye Soltner said… - Hi Joe - I will be flying in to Florida with my elderly mom for the Christmas holidays. I have an aunt I can leave her with for an afternoon because my sister and I would like to do a dive somewhere around the Naples area. What would your recommendations be for that time of year? I have my Advanced Open Water and other certs. My sister and I would be considered Intermediate, I guess. Thanks for any input. Sallye

I really enjoyed meeting you and the divers at Scuba Outfitters! I can hardly wait to start to get my training and diving in!! I am so very excited!! I am also very happy that I won the fins! I am glad to have moved to beautiful and sunny Naples! The web site is great and love the pictures and videos! Congratulations on your grand opening! It was alot of fun diving today with James!
