First Year Anniversary and Wishing You Many More!

It was a year ago in January 2009 that I can remember going to Scuba Outfitters Grand Opening. Naples is such a small community and the advertising and messages of "things to do" are often echoed through familiar friends and a network of acquaintances. I went with the anticipation of trying "Discover Scuba" and even though Scuba Outfitters heating element in their pool went on the "fritz" for their Grand Opening, I went in anyway...donned a wetsuit and dove in with Jamie! What a blast it was! I wasn't even thinking about the cool water, until I got out ! The dive shop was busy with potential new divers and Jamie, Mike, Joe and John showed off all of the diving equipment and gave information about Open Water classes. The best part was winning the Atomic Split fins that day....and then I was hooked on one of the best life changing events of my life!

Just this past weekend, January 2010, Scuba Outfitters celebrated their 1st year Anniversary and it was like going to a family reunion! It was nice to see other dive buddies again, as some I hadn't seen, since the infamous Halloween Party. One of the most amazing things to me, was the influence of communication on recommending potential divers to check out Scuba Outfitters, as friends became certified divers and some became advanced divers, as I urged them to check out "Discover Scuba" . Throughout the day , there were educational venues with the Rebreather System demonstration in which many divers tried out, a Henderson rep was also present and Scuba Outfitters gave away so many amazing scuba gifts and even an Epcot trip!

We all really enjoyed ourselves and wishing you much prosperity for 2010 and thanks to Mike, Jamie, John and Joe for your expert knowledge, kindness and in making our diving community much more fun with Scuba Outfitters!

BTW the cake was awesome!
